Customer Value Condition
The Customer Value display condition allows you to show or hide content based on key metrics that define customer value and purchasing behaviour. This powerful segmentation tool enables you to create tiered experiences and targeted messaging for different customer segments based on their order history and spending patterns.
How It Works
This condition evaluates two key customer value metrics: the total number of orders a customer has placed and their average order value. You can set rules based on either or both of these metrics to display content when customers meet specific value criteria, enabling sophisticated customer tier management and personalised experiences.
Setting Up the Rule
The Customer Value condition offers two targeting options:
Customer Total Orders
Track customer loyalty through purchase frequency:
- Comparator: Choose from three options:
- More than - Display content when customer has placed more orders than specified
- Less than - Display content when customer has placed fewer orders than specified
- Is equal to - Display content when customer has placed exactly the specified number of orders
- Value: Enter the number of orders you want to compare against
Customer Average Order Value
Target customers based on their typical spending levels:
- Comparator: Choose from three options:
- More than - Display content when average order value exceeds specified amount
- Less than - Display content when average order value is below specified amount
- Is equal to - Display content when average order value matches specified amount
- Value: Enter the monetary amount you want to compare against

- Values are calculated in your store's base currency
